|Buzz Me Or Tweet Me?|
Posted On 2009-05-10 , 12:47 AM
Having been brought up in the dark ages, what's a granny to do when she's caught up in the new age and fast track of digital, html code, and resolutions? (That's a reference to screen resolutions, not New Year's resolutions – they were left by the wayside long ago). And now the hottest thing to do is join in the mix and tweet on Twitter as a way of getting known in the wide world web of the internet.
So a decision has been make, sort of. I'll do both. You can buzz me via my new email address: where you can praise, laud, congratulate, make suggestions about Buzzing Kids World, or give constructive critism. ^.^ (That's an anime smiley.)
You can, also, tweet (or follow) us by clicking on the Follow Me buttons made by Artist Anika of Crafty Art World
. The button in the right menu will take you to KidsBuzz'
Twitter page and the one in the left menu of the Buzz Blogs to KidsGranny's
Twitter page. Happy Tweeting. ^.^
|1. ||You're welcome about the project suggestion. I remembered that you asked for suggestions in one of your recent blog entries. Saw another idea on Twitter that may be a good tutorial project, too - a photo cube. I'd like to use them both in separate BuzzLetter issues if they'll fit in the column like the heart for February. I know it's short notice as a June project, but anytime after that would be great, if it's ok for me to use them. |
I'm still feeling my way around Twitter - started a list of questions for the webinar tomorrow. BritzTwit will be thrilled, I'm sure. ^.^ Think I'll send her an email, just to give her a heads-up - maybe she can work them in during her presentation. If you think of it, let her know to watch for the email. I'll put TWITTER QUESTIONS in the subject line.
PS Regarding your button - I'm so proud of myself for figuring out how to get rid of the black background in Paint and making it transparent. It's a start!

|2. || I am honored to see that you used one of my buttons! Yay! ^.^|
Twitter is fun. The more I get into it, the more I like it. BTW: thanks for the message there about Khoncepts project tutorial. I will be checking it out as soon as I can...with my vacation for my fiance and my anniversary, I'm a little behind (hence being a few days late commenting on your blog entries).
Good luck on Twitter, and enjoy the button!
