1. If there are enough kids to make up two teams:

Fill two pocketbooks or containers with face painting for kids make-up
The first two members of the team begin painting the faces of their partner
When through, they pass it on to the next partners until everyone's face is painted
Even the boys can be made-up as pirates, clowns, etc.
The first team to finish wins

2. If there aren't enough kids to make up two teams:

The group paints each other's face
Decide ahead of time who will do the judging - the kids or the parents and the time limit
Judge the results by the criteria you set ahead of time, too; such as:

- The most original
