Each family celebrates the holidays in a different way

Each has its own traditions and customs. Some came from the lands in which we, our parents, or grandparents came from. Others originate in our own families ... "new" holiday traditions that we hope will continue through generations to come.

Holidays shown in the table below are listed in order of their occurrence throughout the year - starting with the New Year.

We'll be adding articles to the holiday traditions below as they occur

We'll try to find some of the lesser known and fascinating topics, sometimes with a bit of a twist, to bring more insight to holiday traditions that make them so special. Keep a watchful eye on the right menu; most will be listed under Holiday Traditions. Occasionally, the topic may be linked to a blog entry for that month. And, as in all plans, this may require some revision as we go along. In the meantime, Buzzing Kids World hopes you have a wonderful holiday, whichever one it is!
