Naruto - Ninja or Hokage Naruto Uzumaki of the Hidden Leaf Village: Do you ever wish you could be a ninja someday? Naruto Uzumaki does. He wants to be more than a ninja though. He wants to be Hokage which is the leader of his village. For most of his life, Naruto has been rejected by the majority of the Hidden Leaf Village, but for years didn't understand why. When he was born, a giant nine-tailed fox was attacking his village. To save the village, the Hokage sacrificed his life and sealed the fox inside Naruto. Because he has the nine-tailed fox in him, the villagers feared Naruto and avoided him. Eventually their children did the same without understanding why. Naruto is an orphan and he grew up very lonely, but instead of making him sad, it has made him want to work hard so he can reach his goal of being Hokage someday. Naruto's growthBecause Naruto has grown up an outcast and an orphan, he becomes a class clown to get attention. He's almost always getting into trouble. Most of his classmates think he's stupid, but as they go through the Ninja Academy together, they eventually realize that Naruto has a lot of heart and is very loyal. Through training, missions and teamwork, Naruto and his classmates learn to become both better ninjas and better people.

Naruto's Ninja WayNaruto never gives up, no matter what the odds, no matter what he faces, because that's his ninja way. There's plenty of things that Naruto could be scared of. He could be scared of...
...but he's not. Nartuo definitely doesn't have an easy life, but he doesn't let that hold him back and instead he fights to overcome all the obstacles thrown at him. That's a lesson all of us can learn in a buzzing kids world.
