Powerpuff Girls: The Villains

Every good superhero needs a good set of villains to challenge them in ways normal criminals can’t. And, of course, the Powerpuff Girls have their own. Ranging from the sinister to the bizarre to the downright strange, here are some of the Girls’ more memorable foes.

Powerpuff Girls - the memorable villains:

- Mojo Jojo: A super-intelligent monkey with an oversized brain, Mojo Jojo is the Girls’ archenemy, always coming up with various schemes, weapons and robots to destroy them and take over the world. He does have a habit to repeat himself in a redundant, convoluted manner when going into his speeches. It was later revealed he shares history with the Girls, having caused the accident that made Professor Utonium add Chemical X into his “Perfect Little Girl” formula, the explosion also giving him his intelligence.
- Fuzzy Lumpkins: A pink, fuzzy creature wearing coveralls with a hillbilly personality, he was the first villain to be introduced. Fuzzy has a short temper and uses his strength to intimidate people, but otherwise prefers to be left alone.
- Him: A creature so evil and feared that no one, not even the Narrator, can speak his name. Him feeds off negative emotions, and his schemes often involve manipulating events to drive the Girls insane or drive a wedge between them. He looks very effeminate in dress, and often speaks in an echoing, high-pitched way.

 Princess Morbucks: a spoiled little rich girl who wants to destroy the Girls after they wouldn’t let her join them. She uses weapons and gadgets that she gets her rich father to buy for her.- The Gangrene Gang: a group of teenage hoodlums who all have green skin (hence their name) who are more an annoyance than real threats. The group consists of Ace (the leader who Buttercup once had a crush on), Snake (a skinny boy who looks and acts like his namesake), Big Billy (a big dimwit who is really strong), Lil’ Arturo (a mean little punk with a large underbite) and Grubber (a hunchback who speaks by blowing rasberries).
- Sedusa: a woman who uses her feminine wiles to manipulate men into doing her bidding. She has tendril-like hair that she can control and use like whips, but can lose her power if her hair is wet or cut off.
- The Rowdyruff Boys: the Girls’ male equivalents created by Mojo Jojo, made in a similar manner using snips, snails and a puppy dog’s tail and mixed together in a prison toilet (the water, Mojo figured, had the same potency as Chemical X). They share the Girls’ powers, but are meaner and more aggressive in their fights. They consist of Boomer (Blossom’s match, wearing red and baseball cap), Boomer (Bubbles’ match, wearing blue) and Butch (Buttercup’s match, wearing green).
- The Amoeba Boys: a trio of human-sized amoebas who want to be big-time criminals and enemies of the Powerpuff Girls. They aren’t very bright, though, their idea of major crimes being littering, jaywalking or stealing an orange. They consist of Bossman (the leader and brains, though not by much), Junior (smallest of the group who says “Yeah” all the time) and Slim (the tallest and least smart of the group).

- Roach Coach (a gross-looking man who controls roaches)
- Femme Fatale (a feminist who tricks the Girls into hating men so she can commit her crimes)
- Dick Hardly (Professor Utonium’s college roommate who steals Chemical X to make cheap copies of the Girls to sell and make money off of)
- Mr. Mime (a party clown turned evil after being soaked in bleach)
